Hair Color — 30+ Options
Standard range: #1 (jet black) through #613 (platinum blonde), including browns, auburns, reds, and greys. Special options: ombre gradients, piano color, balayage blends, highlights, and custom shade matching. Send us a swatch or reference photo and we’ll match it.
Texture & Style — 10+ Options
Straight, body wave, loose wave, deep wave, water wave, curly, kinky curly, afro, yaki straight, and natural wave. Each texture is achieved through processing methods that maintain cuticle integrity — no harsh perming or chemical texturing.
Length — 16″ to 40″
Available in 2-inch increments: 16″, 18″, 20″, 22″, 24″, 26″, 28″, 30″, 32″, 34″, 36″, 38″, 40″. Shorter lengths (8″–14″) available for raw hair and bulk hair products. Custom cut lengths available on request.
Draw Type
Single drawn (60–70% full length — most affordable), double drawn (85%+ full length — fuller, thicker), and super double drawn (95%+ full length — premium, maximum thickness). Draw type affects both appearance and pricing.
Construction Method
Machine weft, hand-tied weft, I-Tip, U-Tip, Flat Tip, Nano Tip, tape-in, clip-in, lace base, mono base, silk base, poly base. Choose the construction method that matches your product positioning and your customer’s installation preference.
Packaging & Branding
Standard (clean, unbranded packaging), branded hang tags (your logo), branded labels (sewn in), custom printed boxes (your design), tissue paper inserts, care instruction cards, brand stickers, custom color-coded systems. Full private label — your customers see only your brand.

Tell us exactly what you need: product type, hair length, color, texture, draw type, construction method, and quantity. If you’re unsure about any specification, we’ll advise based on your target market and price point.
Review Quote & Approve Sample
We provide a detailed quote based on your specifications. For first-time custom orders, we send an approval sample before manufacturing the full batch. You confirm the sample meets your standard before we proceed.
Manufacturing
Your custom order enters production. Typical timeline: 7–14 days depending on product type and complexity. Rush production (3–5 days) available for standard specifications using our in-stock hair inventory.
Quality Check & Ship
Every item passes our 5-point quality inspection. Custom packaging applied if ordered. Full export documentation prepared. Ships with tracking via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

Hair itself has no MOQ — customize freely in any quantity. MOQ applies only to packaging components due to printing minimums.

Customization Questions
Q1. Can I order a small batch of custom-colored hair to test before ordering in volume?
Yes. There is no minimum order for custom colors. Order a single bundle or pack in your custom shade to test on your clients. If it works, scale up with the same color specification.
Q2. How accurate is your custom color matching?
We match to within 1-2 shades of your reference. For maximum accuracy, send us a physical hair swatch rather than a digital photo — screen colors vary. We can also send you a dyed sample for approval before manufacturing the full order.
Q3. Can I combine custom hair specifications with custom packaging in one order?
Yes. Most of our private label clients do exactly this — custom hair (specific color, texture, length) packaged in their branded packaging (custom tags, labels, boxes). Both are handled in a single production run.
Q4. What file format do you need for my packaging design?
We accept AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF, PSD, or high-resolution PNG/JPEG files (300 DPI minimum). For boxes, we provide a dieline template with exact dimensions. For tags and labels, we provide size specifications before you design.
Q5. How long does it take to produce a fully custom order (custom hair + custom packaging)?
Hair manufacturing: 7–14 days. Custom packaging production: 5–14 days (can run in parallel with hair production). Total typical timeline for a first custom branded order: 2–3 weeks from approved design to dispatch.
