Returns & Quality Claims Policy

1. This Is Not a Consumer Return Policy

We don’t operate a checkout on this site, so there’s no purchase to “return” in the retail sense. This page covers how a bulk-order quality issue is handled once goods have shipped — a B2B claims process, not a consumer refund flow.

2. Before It Ships

Every individual item passes our 5-point inspection (cuticle alignment, tensile strength, color consistency, weight accuracy, construction integrity) before packaging — see our Quality Control page for detail. We retain a reference sample from every production batch for 90 days specifically so a claim can be checked against what actually left our facility, not just against a description of it.

3. Samples Are Credited, Not Just Sold

If you order a sample and place a bulk order afterward, the sample cost is credited toward that order. This is already how our sample program works — this policy doesn’t change it.

4. How to File a Claim

Contact us on WhatsApp with photos and your batch reference within 30 days of delivery. We compare your claim against our retained batch sample. Because that sample is only held for 90 days, claims raised after that window may not be resolvable against the original production batch.

5. Resolution

A confirmed manufacturing defect is replaced at no cost on your next order, typically confirmed within 48 hours of your claim. This is a replacement-on-next-order remedy, not a cash refund — consistent with the fact that we don’t process payments through the site itself.

6. What This Doesn’t Cover

Damage from installation, styling, or chemical processing after you received the goods; normal wear; and color variation from your own subsequent coloring are not manufacturing defects and are not covered by this policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Returns/Quality Claims Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
