1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hairextensionsbynature.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, and to any business that contacts us for a quote, sample, or order.

2. Nature of Our Business

Hair Extensions By Nature is operated by Hair Envy LLP, a manufacturer and exporter of Indian temple and raw human hair extensions, wigs, hair toppers, closures/frontals, and related products, manufactured at our facility at C-41 Mangolpuri, New Delhi 110083, India, with an additional place of business at Booth No 71, Sector 16 Huda Market, Faridabad, Haryana 121002, India. We sell exclusively business-to-business (B2B) — to salons, distributors, wholesalers, brand owners, and dropship partners — not to individual consumers.

This Site is an informational and lead-generation website. It is not an online store. No prices are displayed or charged on the Site, and there is no shopping cart, checkout, or online payment facility. Every sale is negotiated individually via WhatsApp, email, or a direct/video discussion, and finalized outside the Site through a separate quote, invoice, or sales agreement (see Section 5).

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, the “Hair Extensions By Nature” name and branding, and the site design — is owned by Hair Envy LLP or used under license, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages of this Site for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content, images, or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. Product Information Disclaimer

Product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability shown on this Site are for general reference only. Because we manufacture to order and specifications can vary (hair length, color, texture, packaging, and quantity), exact specifications, current availability, and pricing are confirmed only through a direct quote from our team — not from anything displayed on the Site. Product photography is representative; natural human hair has minor natural variation between batches.

5. Quote Requests Are Non-Binding

Submitting a form on this Site (Get a Quote, Contact, or Wholesale/Dropship Program) is a non-binding inquiry only. It does not create a contract, reserve stock, or commit either party to a sale. A binding order exists only once we have confirmed, in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or a signed proforma invoice/sales agreement), the specific products, quantities, pricing, payment terms, and shipping terms for that order. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and any credit terms are agreed separately at that stage and are not published on this Site.

6. Shipping & Export Compliance

We export worldwide via international courier (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc.) and, for larger orders, sea freight. For every international shipment, we provide standard export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and fumigation certificate where applicable).

As the importer, you (the buyer) are solely responsible for: confirming that the products can be lawfully imported into your country; paying any import duties, taxes (e.g. VAT/GST), or customs fees applied by your country; and complying with your local customs, labeling, and regulatory requirements for human hair products. We are not responsible for shipments delayed, held, or refused by customs authorities in the destination country, or for duties/taxes assessed there.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair Envy LLP’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of this Site, or from any product or order, is limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from use of the Site or from products purchased from us, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. This Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly agreed in a specific sales agreement or invoice.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this Site, are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 9 below, the courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through the process described there.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Hair Envy LLP relating to this Site or an order, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally through good-faith discussion (WhatsApp or email). If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration in New Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English, with the arbitrator’s decision being final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court where necessary.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as our business practices or the Site change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
