We ship to 40+ countries via DHL Express, FedEx, and Aramex, depending on destination.
2. This Is a Quote-Only Site
No prices, shipping costs, or checkout exist on hairextensionsbynature.com. Every order is arranged directly — by WhatsApp, email, or our quote form — before anything ships.
3. Transit Times by Country
Business days, air freight, from dispatch. Sea freight is noted separately where we offer it as an alternative for larger orders.

4. Buyer Responsibility for Import Compliance
As the importer, you are solely responsible for confirming that human hair products can be lawfully imported into your country, and for paying any import duty, VAT/GST, or customs fee assessed at destination. We declare accurate values on all shipping paperwork — we do not under-invoice, and we will not do so at your request.
5. Documentation on Every Shipment — No Exceptions
Every international shipment includes:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of origin (India)
- Fumigation certificate, where required by the destination country
6. Payment
We invoice in USD unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods: wire transfer (T/T) and PayPal, plus — in supported countries — local virtual bank account transfer to reduce FX/wire friction (ask us to confirm current coverage for your country).
