Quality You Can Verify — Not Just Trust
Every hair extension, wig, topper, and men’s system that ships from our facility has passed a 5-point quality inspection. Not batch sampling — every individual item. We inspect it before we pack it, so you don’t have to explain quality issues to your customers.
Our 5-Point Quality Inspection — Every Item, Every Order
Most hair extension suppliers either don’t inspect at all, or they sample a few pieces from a batch and assume the rest are fine. We inspect every individual item. Here’s exactly what we check:
Cuticle Alignment Verification
What we check: All hair cuticles must face the same direction — root to tip, consistently throughout the entire bundle or piece.
Why it matters: Misaligned cuticles cause tangling and matting within weeks of installation. This is the single most common quality issue in the hair extension industry, and it’s caused by mixing hair from different directions during processing.
How we test: Visual inspection under magnification + tactile “rub test” — running fingers in both directions to detect any resistance that indicates misalignment.
Pass/fail: Any product with detectable cuticle misalignment is rejected.
Tensile Strength Testing
What we check: Individual strands are tested for breaking strength. The hair must withstand normal styling tension — brushing, blow-drying, heat styling — without breakage or excessive shedding.
Why it matters: Weak hair sheds. Shedding hair extensions destroy your client’s trust in your products and your business. Over-processed or chemically damaged hair will fail tensile testing.
How we test: Strand pull test — individual hairs are subjected to controlled tension until they break. The breaking point must meet our minimum threshold for the hair type and length.
Pass/fail: Hair that breaks below our tensile threshold is rejected from the export batch.
Color Consistency Check
What we check: Every product’s color is compared against the master color swatch for the specified shade. The color must be uniform throughout the bundle — no gradient, no patchiness, no visible variation from root to tip.
Why it matters: Color inconsistency between what was ordered and what arrives causes returns, refund requests, and lost clients. It also creates problems when your customer’s stylist tries to blend extensions with natural hair.
How we test: Side-by-side comparison with the master swatch under controlled lighting. Both natural daylight and indoor lighting conditions are checked.
Pass/fail: Any visible deviation from the master swatch is flagged and corrected before shipping.
Weight Accuracy
What we check: Every bundle, set, or individual piece is weighed on calibrated digital scales. The weight must match what was specified in the order — no under-filling.
Why it matters: Under-weight bundles mean thin, sparse installations. Your clients pay for a specific weight of hair and that’s what they should receive. Suppliers who under-fill by even 10–15 grams per bundle are effectively stealing from every order.
How we test: Calibrated digital scale measurement. Weight recorded per item and compared against the order specification.
Pass/fail: Products that fall below the specified weight are topped up or replaced before packaging.
Construction Integrity
What we check: The physical construction of the product — weft stitching tightness, tip bond strength, lace knotting security, base construction durability, clip mechanism function, tape adhesion quality.
Why it matters: A beautiful bundle of hair means nothing if the weft unravels after one wash, the tips fall out during installation, or the lace tears during application. Construction quality determines product lifespan.
How we test: Physical stress testing — weft pull test, bond tension test, lace stretch test. Each product type has a specific construction check appropriate to its installation method.
Pass/fail: Any construction weakness — loose stitching, weak bonds, thin lace spots — results in rejection and replacement.
Our Zero-Compromise Policy
Products that fail any of the 5 quality checks are handled as follows:
Fixable issues (weight adjustment, minor color correction)
The product is corrected and re-inspected. It only ships after passing all 5 checks on the second inspection.
Non-fixable issues (cuticle misalignment, structural weakness, irreversible color error)
The product is pulled from the export batch entirely. It is either reprocessed for a different use or classified as non-export grade and sold separately in the domestic market. It never ships to a B2B buyer.
Our commitment
We would rather delay a shipment by 2–3 days to replace a failed item than ship something that doesn’t meet our standard. One bad shipment can destroy a business relationship that took months to build. We don’t take that risk.
We Keep Samples from Every Production Batch
For every production batch, we retain a reference sample in our facility. This sample is kept for a minimum of 90 days after shipping.
Why this matters for you: If you ever have a quality question about a delivered order, we can pull the retain sample from the same batch and compare. This provides objective evidence for resolving any dispute — and it holds us accountable to the same standard we promised when you placed the order.
Retain sample reference numbers are included on every invoice and packing list.
How You Can Verify Our Quality Before Ordering
Method 1: Request Samples
Order samples of any product before committing to a bulk order. Test the hair yourself — wash it, style it, install it on a client or mannequin. Judge based on real-world performance, not photos.
Method 2: Ask for QC Documentation
We can provide inspection reports for your order showing the results of our 5-point check. Ask us on WhatsApp and we’ll include documentation with your shipment.
Method 3: Schedule a Factory Tour
Visit our facility in Faridabad, India and see the process firsthand. For international buyers, we offer live video call tours via WhatsApp — see the factory floor in real time.
Method 4: Start Small
Place a small first order — any quantity. Test it in your market. If it meets your standards, scale up. There’s no minimum order quantity and no pressure to commit to volume before you’re confident.
Our Quality Guarantee
If any product you receive from us has a manufacturing defect — cuticle misalignment, excessive shedding, construction failure, color mismatch, or under-weight — we replace it at no cost.
How it works
- Contact us on WhatsApp with photos of the issue
- We compare against our retain sample from the same batch
- If the defect is confirmed, replacement products ship on your next order at no charge
- Resolution within 48 hours of contact
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only — not damage from improper installation, chemical treatment by end users, or normal wear after extended use.
Questions About Our Quality Standards
Q1. Do you test every item or just samples from each batch?
Every individual item. We do not use batch sampling. Each extension bundle, wig, topper, or system passes through our 5-point check individually before it is approved for packaging and shipping.
Q2. Can I get a quality inspection report with my order?
Yes. Request QC documentation when placing your order and we will include an inspection summary with your shipment. This includes the tests performed, pass/fail results, and the retain sample reference number.
Q3. What is your defect rate?
Our target is less than 1% defect rate on shipped products. Items that fail quality inspection are caught before shipping — they never reach our B2B buyers. This pre-shipment rejection rate varies by product type but typically runs 3–5% of production, meaning 95–97% of what we manufacture meets export quality standards on the first pass.
Q4. How do you handle a quality complaint after I receive my order?
Contact us on WhatsApp with photos showing the issue. We compare against our retain sample from the same production batch. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we replace the affected products at no cost on your next order. Typical resolution: 48 hours.
Q5. Do you have any third-party quality certifications?
We are GST-registered and a registered LLP under Indian law. We provide certificates of origin for international shipments. We are currently exploring additional third-party quality certifications and will update this page as they are obtained. In the meantime, we encourage buyers to verify quality through samples and retain sample comparison.

Quality You Can Hold, Test, and Verify
Don’t take our word for it. Request samples. Test the hair. Install it. Wash it. Style it. Then decide. The quality speaks for itself.
