Q1. What is Hair Extensions By Nature?
Hair Extensions By Nature is a B2B hair extension manufacturer and exporter based in Faridabad, India. We manufacture 100% Indian Remy human hair extensions, wigs, toppers, and men’s hair systems in our own facility and ship directly to salons, distributors, and brand owners worldwide.
Q2. Are you a manufacturer or a reseller?
We are a manufacturer. All production — from sorting raw temple hair to manufacturing finished products and packaging — happens in our own facility. We are not a trading company, agent, or reseller.
Q3. What products do you manufacture?
We manufacture eight product categories: raw temple hair, bulk hair, permanent extensions (I-Tip, U-Tip, Flat Tip, Nano Tip, weft, tape-in), clip-on extensions (volumizers, clip sets, side patches, streaks, bangs), wigs, hair toppers, men’s hair systems, and lace closures and frontals.
Q4. Where is your factory located?
Our manufacturing facility is at Booth No 71, Sector 16 Huda Market, Faridabad, Haryana, India — 121002. Factory visits are welcome — contact us on WhatsApp to schedule a tour.
Q5. Do you sell to individual consumers?
No. Hair Extensions By Nature is a B2B-only operation. We sell to salons, distributors, wholesalers, brand owners, and other businesses. For individual consumer purchases, visit our sister brand Hair Extensions Luxe at hairextensionsluxe.com.
Q6. What is your minimum order quantity?
We do not enforce a fixed minimum order quantity for most products. First-time buyers can order as few as 1 piece to test quality. Volume pricing improves as your order size increases.
Q7. How do I place an order?
The easiest way is via WhatsApp (+91 9289358222). Send us your product requirements — type, length, color, texture, quantity — and we’ll confirm pricing and availability. You can also use the quote request form on our website.
Q8. What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, wire transfer (bank transfer), Western Union, and Wise (TransferWise). Credit terms (net-15 and net-30) are available for established buyers after 5-10 successful orders.
Q9. Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes. Mix any combination of product types, lengths, colors, and textures in a single order. There’s no requirement to order one product type at a time.
Q10. Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Our pricing improves at 10+, 50+, 100+, and 500+ piece tiers. Exclusive territory and private label clients receive custom pricing based on committed volumes.
Q11. How do you ensure quality?
Every individual item passes our 5-point quality inspection: cuticle alignment verification, tensile strength testing, color consistency check, weight accuracy measurement, and construction integrity assessment. We do not use batch sampling — every item is inspected.
Q12. Can I request samples before ordering in bulk?
Yes. We strongly encourage sample orders before bulk commitment. Samples are charged at standard wholesale price and the cost is credited toward your first bulk order.
Q13. What if I receive a defective product?
Contact us on WhatsApp with photos of the issue. We compare against our retain samples from the same production batch. Confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced at no cost on your next order. Resolution within 48 hours.
Q14. What type of hair do you use?
100% Indian Remy human hair sourced from voluntary temple donations in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The hair is unprocessed or minimally processed with natural cuticle alignment preserved.
Q15. Do you use acid baths or silicone coatings?
No. We never use acid baths or silicone coatings. These shortcuts make low-quality hair appear temporarily smooth but degrade within weeks. Our processing preserves the natural cuticle through gentle washing and conditioning only.
Q16. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Our primary markets include the USA, UK, UAE, Nigeria, South Africa, Germany, Italy, Australia, Canada, and Brazil — but we ship to any country with standard international courier service.
Q17. How long does shipping take?
Air freight via DHL/FedEx/Aramex: 5–7 business days to USA/Canada/Europe, 3–5 days to Middle East/Africa, 5–8 days to Asia/Australia. Sea freight for bulk: 25–35 days. Tracking provided within 24 hours of dispatch.
Q18. Do you provide customs documentation?
Yes. Every international shipment includes: commercial invoice with HS codes, packing list with weights and dimensions, certificate of origin (India), and fumigation certificate when required.
Q19. Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method. We provide the exact shipping cost before you confirm the order — no surprises.
Q20. Can you ship directly to my customers (dropship)?
Yes. We offer blind dropshipping — we ship directly to your customer with your branding (or plain packaging). Your customer never knows the product came from India. No MOQ for dropship orders.
Q21. Do you offer private label manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture hair extensions under your brand name with custom hang tags, labels, boxes, and inserts. Your customers see only your brand — never ours.
Q22. What is the MOQ for custom packaging?
Custom hang tags and labels: 100 pieces minimum. Custom printed boxes: 200 pieces minimum. Full branded kits (tag + label + box + care card): 100 pieces minimum.
Q23. Can you match a specific hair color for my brand?
Yes. Send us a physical sample or detailed color reference and we’ll match it. We maintain 30+ standard colors and can create custom blends including ombre, highlights, and piano patterns.
Q24. How long does private label production take?
Hair manufacturing: 7–14 days. Custom packaging production: 5–14 days depending on complexity. Total time for a first branded order: approximately 2–3 weeks from approved design to dispatch.
Q25. Can I change my packaging design after my first order?
Yes. Update your design at any time. We produce the new packaging on your next order with no penalty or additional fee — just the standard production timeline.
Q26. Is there a signup fee for the dropship program?
No. Our wholesale and dropship program is completely free to join. No signup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You only pay for products you order.
Q27. Do you ship with your branding on dropship packages?
No. All dropship orders ship with blind packaging — no Hair Extensions By Nature markings anywhere. We ship with plain packaging or your custom branding if provided.
Q28. Can I sell on Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify using your dropship program?
Yes. You can sell on any platform — Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, or your own website. We have no platform restrictions.
Q29. How quickly do you dispatch dropship orders?
Standard inventory products dispatch within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. Custom specification orders require 7–14 days production before dispatch.
Q30. What happens if my customer wants to return a dropship order?
We replace products with confirmed manufacturing defects at no cost. Returns for buyer’s remorse are handled per your own store’s return policy. We don’t accept returns for non-defective products shipped correctly.
